BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton Baseball team earned the #4 seed for the upcoming Region XIX playoffs and will host Middlesex in the opening best of three series. 

The Spartans, who received votes in the latest NJCAA national poll, are currently 25-10 overall, while Middlesex enters the tournament at 28-14.  The two teams met earlier in the year, with Northampton sweeping the Colts, 6-3 and 3-1 on April 23rd in Bethlehem.

Games one and two of the series are scheduled for 12pm and 3pm on Saturday, with game three, if necessary, scheduled for 12pm on Sunday May 8th.
