TOMS RIVER, NJ - Ocean County College scored 5 minutes into the contest and controlled possession throughout en route to an 8-0 victory over the Spartans in a Region XIX crossover matchup on Wednesday afternoon. 

James D'Amato (Tobyhanna, PA/Pocono Mt. West ) and Antwain Wilson (Coatesville, PA/Coatesville ) combined for 10 saves for Northampton. 

"Ocean dominated play today," explained interim Head Coach Brennan McCarthy, "they utilized the entire field extremely well and we simply never got on track."

The loss drops Northampton to 3-5-1 overall, while Ocean improves to 9-3-0 overall and 8-1-0 in Region XIX. 

The Spartans host Montgomery County Community College on Friday at 3:30pm.
