BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton women's basketball team extended their winning streak to 11 games with a 67-41 victory over Harrisburg Area Community College on Tuesday evening at the Arthur L. Scott Center.
Dom Moser (Easton, Pa./Easton ), the second leading scorer in the country, scored a game-high 30 points and grabbed 20 rebounds to pace the Spartans.
Laura Sweger (Elizabethville, Pa./Upper Dauphin ) added 20 points and 10 rebounds, as the Spartans won the battle of the backboards, 57 to 40.

"We were a little tentative in the first half," commented Head Coach
Alyssa Bonenberger, "but I thought we moved the ball a little better in the second half and were more aggressive on the defensive end." The Spartans, who led 30-24 at the intermission, outscored the Hawks 37-17 in the second half.
Nicole Robinson (Bangor, Pa./Bangor ) chipped in with 15 rebounds and 10 assists, while
Krista Cappetta (Nazareth, Pa/Nazareth) finished with 7 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
The Spartans, who improved to 12-0 all-time vs. Harrisburg, are now 13-5 on the season.
Harrisburg falls to 3-10 overall.
Northampton hits the road on Thursday, as they travel to Sewell, NJ to face the Roadrunners of RCGC.
