TOMS RIVER, NJ - The Northampton women's tennis team improved to 7-1 overall and 5-1 in Region XIX with a convincing 7-2 victory over Ocean County College on Saturday at the Cohen Tennis Center. 

Elise Van Ormer (Macungie, Pa /Emmaus) remained undefeated on the season at #1 singles, while Sydney Schmall (Northampton, PA/Northampton ) won a thrilling 3-set match over Ashley Tallman at #4 singles.
