CHARLOTTE, NC - The Northampton Baseball team is ranked 3rd in the latest NJCAA Division III poll, released today by the national office.  The Spartans moved up from 5th on the heels of their sweep of previously 3rd ranked RCGC last weekend. 

The #3 ranking ties the highest ever for the Spartan program, equaling the mark set last year on 3/6/2018. 

Northampton, now 25-4 overall and 7-0 in Region XIX, now heads into a big week where they travel to Delaware County on Tuesday and NJCAA DII Lackawanna College on Thursday, host Bucks County Community College on Friday and then travel to #1 ranked Cumberland County College on Saturday. 

The Spartans currently lead the country in homeruns with 54 and rank 3rd in team batting average at .383
