BETHLEHEM, Pa. -
Jean-Claude Pabulo (Allentown, PA/William Allen ) scored a hat-trick in the first half to help lead the Northampton men's soccer team to a dominating 7-1 victory over Valley Forge Military College on Tuesday afternoon at Spartan Field.
Pabulo scored his first goal 15 minutes into the contest, with the assist to
Stivan Kumbarov (Wind Gap, PA /Pen Argyl), to give the Spartans an early 1-0 lead.
13 minutes later,
Cody Graci (Henryville, PA /Pocono Mt. West ) found Pabulo in front of the net for his 2nd goal.
Kumbarov made it 3-0 just 3 minutes later off an assist from
Mehmed Letifov (Wind Gap, PA /Pen Argyl) and Pabulo finished off his hat-trick with 2:22 left in the half, with
David Trout (Saylorsburg, PA /Faith Christian ) recording the assist.
Leading 4-0 at halftime, the Spartans jumped on the board early in the second half with Kumbarov picking up his second goal of the game, with the assist to Letifov.
Kumbarov finished off his own hat-trick just 6 minutes later, with Letifov picking up his 3rd assist of the contest. The 3 goals in tonight's game gives Kumbarov 11 markers on the season.

Jude Jampo (LeRaysville, PA /NE Bradford) finished off the scoring with 33 minutes remaining in the game, off an assist from
Kerr Wilson (Easton, PA /Easton ), to make the final 7-1.
Nick Mazzella (Bangor, PA /Bangor ) made 5 saves for Northampton.
The win moves Northampton to 6-3-0 overall, 5-2-0 in Region XIX and 5-1-0 in the EPAC.
Valley Forge falls to 0-6-0 overall with the loss.
The Spartans are now off until October 3rd when they host Lehigh Carbon Community College at 3:30pm.
