TOMS RIVER, NJ - Lindsay Frontino scattered five hits, struck out two and walked none to lead the Spartans to a 7-0 victory in game one of their Region XIX doubleheader with Ocean County on Saturday.

Tiffany Kobordo was 3-for-5, including two triples, with three runs scored and two RBI's while Nicole Fleming was 3-for-3 with three RBI's.  Casey Ord was 3-for-5 and Erin Keegan 3-for-4 with two RBI's as the Spartans totaled 14 hits in game one.

Kobordo broke open a 1-1 deadlock in the top of the 5th of game two with a two-run triple.  Korbordo ended game two with three runs scored and two RBI's.  Preseason All-American Katlyn Snyder finished 3-for-4 with two RBI's as NCC pulled away for an 8-3 victory.

Northampton, 22-7 overall and 13-1 in Region XIX, travel to #1 ranked Gloucester on Sunday to face the Road Runners in a regional doubleheader.
