PATERSON, NJ - The Region XIX volleyball committee has released the 2010 All-Region Team which includes three Spartans; Amanda Lynch, Sabrina Gonzalez and Karla Diekman.

Amanda Lynch, who earned All-Tournament Honors at the Region XIX tournament, was named First Team All-Region, along with freshman Sabrina Gonzalez, who was voted the Region's top defensive specialist.  Lynch and Gonzalez are both graduates of Freedom High School in Bethlehem, PA.

Karla Diekman,  a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, was named to the 2nd Team.

The Spartans finished the 2010 season with an overall record of 8-13, but were regular season co-champions of Region XIX, finishing with a mark of 7-3.  The Spartans lost in the Regional Tournament to Atlantic Cape Community College in five games.
