BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Head Coach Missy Lynn and the Spartans will open the 2010 volleyball campaign on Saturday as they take part in the Lackawanna College Invitational in Forks Township, PA.

"The girls are excited to get out and play," stated Lynn, "this is a great way to start the season, we get a chance to play four or five matches in a weekend and really learn some things about our team."

The Spartans will open the tournament at 9:00am on Saturday when they face the County College of Morris, followed by an 11:00am match vs. Suffok-Selden.  NCC will finish the day at 2:00pm when they take on Monroe College.

Action continues on Sunday at 9:00am with a match against Nassau Community Colllege followed by playoff action in the afternoon.
