BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton women's volleyball team remained perfect, dominating Division II Harcum College in straight sets, 25-9, 25-10, 25-12, on Wednesday night in an EPAC matchup.
Freshman
Anna Domyan recorded 11 kills, 2 aces and 5 digs and
Kelly Yagerhofer had 9 kills, 3 aces and 5 digs as the Spartans moved to 6-0 on the season.
"This was a match that I was a little concerned about for a couple of reasons," admitted NCC Head Coach
Adrian Yaguez, "First, Harcum has been very solid the last few seasons so naturally I was concerned about that, and two, I didn't want the girls to get caught up thinking about Montgomery County on Thursday night. Well, I definitely didn't need to worry about the girls thinking ahead, they really played with a passion and were focused on their opponent at hand."
Lindsey Kizer added 8 digs and setter
Ashley McCauley had a season-high 33 assists.
NCC, now 6-0 overall and 6-0 in EPAC play, hosts Montgomery County Community College on Thursday September 21st at 7pm.
Harcum falls to 4-6 overall and 4-2 in EPAC competition.
