Volleyball Sweeps Conference Foe Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Northampton Volleyball swept EPAC foe Harrisburg Area Community College, 25-13, 25-12, 25-13, on Thursday in Harrisburg to improve to 19-0 on the season.

Region XIX Player of the Year Emily Koehler had 15 kills, 3 aces and 8 digs and Anona Bauman added 33 assists as the Spartans swept their 19th consecutive opponent.

"Harrisburg is very talented," commented Head Coach Adrian Yaguez, "but I thought we were focused and mentally prepared to play tonight."

Samantha Bertasavage contributed 6 kills and 4 digs, while Jax Babezki added 7 kills.

Harrisburg falls to 8-4 overall with the loss and 8-1 in Region XIX.

The Spartans travel to Blue Bell, PA on Saturday for a tri-match with Montgomery County Community College on the Community College of Philadelphia.
