ROCHESTER, MN - The Northampton volleyball team arrived in Minnesota on Wednesday and had their first practice at the Rochester Technical and Community College facility in preparation for their opening match of the National Tournament on Friday at 12:00pm vs. Brookhaven College (TX).

The Spartans departed campus at 4:30am, taking a charter bus to Philadelphia International Airport for their flight to Minneapolis.  After a short stop at the Mall of America, the team boarded vans for the 90 mile trip to Rochester, where they checked into their hotel prior to their evening practice time. 

"It's nice to finally get out here," remarked Head Coach Adrian Yaguez, "we have been sitting since October 31st (when they defeated Patrick Henry Community College for the District H Championship), so the girls are really excited about getting back on the court and competing."
