JENKINTOWN, Pa. - Sophomore
Hannah Seltzer (Reading, PA /Schuylkill Valley) scored 5 goals to help lead the Northampton women's soccer team to a convincing 11-0 victory over Manor College on Tuesday afternoon at Blue Jay Field.
Seltzer's 5 goals equal the Northampton single-game record set by Abby Dempsey on September 20th, 2016 vs. PSU-Worthington, and give her 31 for her career, which also ties her with Dempsey for the Spartan career goals record.
Seltzer finished with 5 goals and 3 assists, while
Angelique Herrera (Pen Argyl, PA/Pen Argyl) had 3 goals and 3 assists,
Zulemy Rosario (Allentown, PA /William Allen ) tallied 2 goals and an assist,
Grace Jacoby (East Stroudsburg, PA /East Stroudsburg North ) registered an assist and
Montana Cassaro (Bangor, PA /Bangor ) recorded her first career goal to round out the scoring for Northampton.

Cassaro and Rosario combined for the shutout for Spartans, who outshot Manor 47 to 1.
The victory moves Northampton to 5-1-0 overall, 4-0-0 in Region XIX and 4-0-0 in the EPAC.
Manor falls to 0-3-0 overall with the loss.
The Spartans are back in action on Saturday when they travel to 7th ranked Brookdale Community College to face the Jersey Blues at 12:00pm.
