One of the most dominating baseball players in the storied history of NCC Baseball, Erik Ruff is the only Spartan to ever be named PCAA All-State three times.
From 2000-2002, Ruff set records for most runs scored in a career, most hits in a season and career, most doubles in a season, most triples in a season and career, most homeruns in a season and career, most RBI's in a season and a career and best batting average for a season at .510. In addition, Ruff threw back-to-back no-hitters during the 2002 season.
A graduate of Nortampton High School, Ruff transferred to West Chester University where he set numerous school records.
Ruff was named a 2003 All Star for the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League, playing for the Lehigh Valley Catz, where is one of only two playes to have their jersey retired.
Ruff resides in Allentown with his wife and daughter.
