Palsi began an affiliation with the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association in 1983, one which lasted until June of 2012.  Palsi served as Secretary / Treasurer of the statewide group, which had 33 members at its peak.  Palsi coordinated annual state-wide meetings, conducted all financial transactions, distributed awards and oversaw the day to day activities of the league.

Palsi served as the Athletic Assistant from 1980 to 1988 under former Athletic Director and Hall of Fame Member Bill Bearse.  She was responsible for the submission/record keeping of three departments and maintained the day to day activities in the athletic office.
