Morgan (Neel) Anderson’s name is littered throughout the Northampton softball record book. The Easton High School graduate arrived on campus in the fall of 2010 and proceeded to set almost every offensive record for the Spartans, since they joined the NJCAA.
A two-time NJCAA All-American and Two-Time First Team All-Region selection, Anderson guided the Spartans to a 42-22 record during her two seasons, including two trips to the NJCAA Region XIX Final Four.
Named Northampton’s Outstanding Female Athlete in 2011 and 2012, Anderson still ranks first in career RBI (98), career homeruns (10), career doubles (33) and is second in career hits (95).
After graduating from Northampton with a degree in general studies, Anderson received her bachelor’s in exercise science from Temple University. Anderson then earned her master’s in exercise physiology from East Stroudsburg University and is currently employed at St. Luke’s Hospital in the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation department
